The Logging of Coaches Hours has been implemented in the database.

The total hours logged for a coach is maintained and is the hours the coach has recorded in their current level.

1. An opening balance may be set or the total hours maintained. This is available via:
   1. The View Change Coaches Level Option available to SEO, State Chief Umpires.
